Take a look at some of our recent renovation projects. Our pros are ready to tackle any job, big or small.

Notice that we’re choosing to show how even modest upgrades can make a big difference. It doesn’t take a big fancy addition to make your home more comfortable. Although we can help with that too!

The original tile and tub combo had seen better years and the mold had become undefeatable. It was also getting harder for the owner to climb in and out of the tub safely.

The new walk in shower is a breeze to enter and exit, with a variety of helpful on-trend features that give it contemporary flair. This much needed renovation is like night and day from the old setup.

This room remodeling project started with a drab and boring side room with worn flooring, no natural light, and a lack of personality. We consulted with the owners on their goals and arrived at a plan to infuse elegance and comfort.

Here’s the completed project with the new window trimmed out, tile flooring installed, a new minisplit HVAC unit for greater comfort, and a new color scheme with all new paint and stained trim work. Check out the view now that we’re done!

This bonus room had seen efforts in fits and starts, but the owner hadn’t managed to see it across the finish line and realize the full potential of the space. Time to call in the pros!

The Alliance team did a full renovation with a full electric plan, new flooring, all new drywall, trim and paint. Several access hatches and tasteful recessed lighting round out the job for a great improvement.

Improper tile installation had resulted in damaged, missing and uneven tiles in this walled entry courtyard creating an unsafe trip hazard. Prior attempts to repair the patio were unsightly with mismatched grout.

Here’s the same patio after our team did the hard work of busting out the old tiles, grout and mortar. After carefully leveling the surface, a new brick face tile layer was put down resulting in added safety – and a cleaner look that works well with the existing brick walls.

This aging double door was missing paint and the wood had started rotting. The door wasn’t really needed though it did help keep the room inside nice and bright.

New vinyl windows proved a cost-effective way to keep that natural light, with a lower maintenance solution. Our team was able to match their existing siding to finish off the job and keep the scope reasonable.

This well-loved and well-used living room was showing signs of wear, with damagd walls, and stains and wear marks on the floor. It felt a little dark and gloomy with the existing paint color.

We installed an affordable wide-plank LVP floor system in light gray. The transformation was completed with new very light blue wall paint.

The kitchen in this newly acquired home hadn’t seen any updating for some time. It was definitely time for a facelift but budget was definitely a big concern for the owner.

Alliance collaborated with the owner to come up with a package of minor improvements that together made a big difference. The hardwood floors were refinished with some warmth added. The  bland tile countertop with stained grout was removed and replaced with trendy butcher block. And the cabinets were degreased before receiving a fresh coat of paint.
